Join us as we act, sing, and dance down the yellow brick road this summer! Students create an original script based on the beloved story of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum. After a week of valuable skills-building in theatrical performance and teamwork, students will perform their final production for an audience on June 22nd, 2025.

Camp cost: $295
This summer's Youth Camp will be rehearsed at Rand Dance Academy:
17301 W Colfax Ave #145, Golden, CO 80401
Dress rehearsal and final performance will take place at the Roaming Gnome Theater.

Students must provide:
-Lunch or a snack each day of the camp
-A refillable, non-glass water bottle
-Comfortable clothing to rehearse in
-Jazz/dance shoes - (if not already owned, jazz shoes can be purchased on Amazon for $10-30).
-Makeup to use on only themselves for performance day​​

Tuition includes a City Theatre Youth Camp T-shirt for all students.

AUDITION DAY - JUNE 14TH, 2025
Students should prepare to sing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" before the production team.
The audition track is available in three keys. Those enrolled will be emailed backing tracks. ​
Students should also come prepared with a memorized, one-minute, comedic monologue.
